By requesting beta access or submitting your information on this site, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) with the SkyTenant team (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms govern your request for early access to our AI-powered commercial real estate platform.

What to Expect

• Updates: As an applicant, you may receive email updates regarding platform development, launch announcements, and news about SkyTenant.
• Beta Access & Design Partners: Submitting a request does not guarantee access to SkyTenant. If selected as a design partner or beta tester, you may receive early access to preview software, work with our team, and provide product feedback.

Eligibility & Expectations

You must be at least 18 years old to request access. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain respectful communication with our team.

Feedback & Intellectual Property

If you provide us with suggestions, ideas, feature requests, or feedback regarding SkyTenant (“Feedback”), you grant us the unrestricted, royalty-free right to use, modify, and incorporate that Feedback into our platform without any obligation or compensation to you. SkyTenant retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the platform and services.

Service Availability & Disclaimer

The SkyTenant website, waitlist, and any beta or preview features are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the waitlist or upcoming service at any time without notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SkyTenant and its founders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our site, waitlist, or communications.

Governing Law & Changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California. We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the site or participation in our waitlist after updates constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
