A silent, 85-second walkthrough of SkyTenant with on-screen captions. It opens on an empty suite on Main Street and a coffee company that wants it. Either side signs up in a minute: the landlord enters the space, its size and its rent; the tenant enters the business and what it sells. The landlord’s workspace lists every applicant, ready to run. SkyTenant finds who sends the site customers, counts the traffic, and scores the fit. The landlord gets a clear verdict and the reasons behind it; the tenant gets their own score and what the store would earn. Either side can approve the analysis and download a ready-to-share report.
